How is your change process going?
Perhaps you are involved in (or leading) a change initiative. It might be a leadership transition, a merger, a reorganization, an acquisition, AI deployment, a plant closure – or a smaller or local change. How’s it going? This informal scorecard will help you get a sense of what’s working well in the implementation, and what might need to be strengthened.
Take a few minutes to assess the process and see where you might have opportunities to strengthen it. The assessment statements are based on the seven-factor framework in Changemaking.
