How is your change process going?

Perhaps you're involved in (or leading) a change initiative. It might be a leadership transition, a merger, a reorganization, an acquisition, AI deployment, a plant closure – or a smaller-scale or local change. How’s it going? This informal scorecard will help you get a sense of what’s working well, and what may need strengthening.

This is a beta test. Feedback and ideas will be welcomed. Please send them to us at info@changestart.com.

For each statement in the scorecard, indicate your response on this scale:

1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = neutral/no opinion, 4 = agree, 5 = strongly agree.
